The Government of Tamil Nadu accepted the proposal for formulation of State Rule under the Labour Codes namely:
- Code on Wages(Tamil Nadu)Rules, 2022 under Code on Wages 2019(Central Act No.29 of 2019)
- Industrial Relations(Tamil Nadu)Rules, 2022 under Industrial Relations Code, 2020(Central Act No. 35 of 2020)
- Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions(Tamil Nadu)Rules, 2022 under Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020(Central Act No. 37 of 2020)
