Haryana Govt. Guidelines For Covid 19 Dated January 01, 2022

In view of the emergence of the Covid variant ‘Omicron’, the Government of Haryana issued an order dt.01.01.2022. The guidelines of Mahamari Alert-Surakshit Haryana will be in effect from 02.01.2022 (05:00 am onward) to 12.01.2022 (till 05:00 am) in the State. A few highlights of the order are listed below:

  • Restrictions are imposed in Group A with the highest daily infection rates in Gurugram, Faridabad, Ambala, Panchkula and Sonipat – Offices (Government and Private) except for emergency/essential services are advised to function with 50% staff attendance.
  • Vaccination is mandatory for all eligible persons. On-demand if required proof of verifying the vaccination status to be provided. Only fully vaccinated persons will be allowed to enter public spaces. The onus of ensuring this will be on the owners/management of these institutions.
  • Different level of restrictions is imposed for those districts that are in non-group A category. (Can be viewed in the notification).
  • “No Mask-No Service” will be strictly observed in the State and violators will be subject to legal action as applicable.

Night movement restrictions shall be continued from 11:00 PM to 05:00 AM in the State strictly.
