Contract Labour(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (Central Act No.37 of 1970), (4). Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Act, 1986 (Central Act No.54 of 1986), (5). the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act No. 63 of 1948), (6). the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 (Central Act No.30 of 1979), (7). The Motor Transport Workers Act, 1961 (Central Act No.27 of 1961), and (8). The Plantation Labour Act, 1951 (Central Act No. 69 of 1951) except as respects of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession)
