The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation on October 7, 2025 has issued a notification regarding a new compliance directive. All PF covered establishments must take immediate action to comply with this order.
The Central PF Commissioner has directed all employers of establishments covered under the EPF Act to ensure the prominent display of the extract of Form 5A.
Employers are required to display this information:
- At the entrance of the establishment OR
- On the establishment’s official website, along with its mobile application.
PF Dept. has issued the template for Form 5A display Information to be displayed (Extract of Form 5A) :- Enclosed
The extract of Form 5A must prominently display the following five pieces of information:
- EPF Code
- Registered Name
- Date of Coverage
- No. of Branches & Primary Branch Address
- Regional Office
Performa Form 5A may contain additional details like Company Bank details, Employer Specimen signature, etc… which need not be displayed.
Deadline: Compliance is requested within 15 days of the issue of the order.
Imp Note :- We advise all Establishments to implement this directive also arrange a updated sign and stamped copy of the attached Form 5A (Extract Template) for our records and Display verification.
