Punjab Government has provided the exemption to all the establishments from the provisions of Section-9 and sub-section-(1) of Section-10 under Punjab Shop & Establishment Act, 1958 and permits to keep open on all 365 days for the period of 1 year (till 31.05.2026), unless it is revoked, subject to the certain conditions.
