An Act further to amend the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of
Tamil Nadu in the Seventy-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments (Amendment) Act, 2025.
