Whereas the draft of certain rules which the Central Government proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 67 of the Code on Wages, 2019 (29 of 2019) were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 432(E), dated 07th July, 2020 as required by sub-section (1) of section 67 of the Code, inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby on or before the expiry of a period of forty-five days from the date of publication of the said notification in the Official Gazette.
