The Government of Haryana, through its latest notification dated 8th May 2025, has allowed establishments such as IT/ITeS, logistics and warehousing, banking, hotels, and restaurants to employ women during night shifts (i.e., between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM), subject to specified conditions. This notification supersedes all previously issued conditions on the matter.
