Exemption for 3 years under the Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 from the date of its publication in the Rajasthan Gazette subject to the conditions to be followed for employing women in the night shift. For establishments that are wholly run by women (where the Employer and all employees are women), the exemption is for 4 years.
