The Telangana Government has declared 11th February 2026 as a mandatory paid holiday for all establishments falling under the jurisdiction where Municipal Elections are being conducted.
Please note: In case the establishment does not fall under the above jurisdiction, such establishments are not required to observe a holiday. However, employees working in your establishment who are residing in the concerned jurisdiction and are eligible to vote must be provided with paid leave/holiday on the said date to enable them to exercise their franchise.
