The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation has announced an interest rate of 8.25% per annum for the financial year 2024–25 in its circular dated 22nd May 2025. This rate was recommended by the EPFO’s Central Board of Trustees in February 2025 and subsequently approved by the Ministry of Finance in May 2025.
