The Government of Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the expert committee, constituted under section 5 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 has made the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008, notified vide this Department’s notification No. Shram (A)4-6/2007-BOCW, dated 4th December, 2008 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh, dated 8th December, 2008, and These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) First Amendment Rules, 2023 and shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.
