- GCC (Global Capability Centers)
- BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)

- Duration: The exemption is valid for a period of five (05) years from the date of the notification’s publication in the Official Gazette.
- Mandatory Conditions: The exemption is subject to the following mandatory conditions for all exempted establishments:
- Internal Committee (IC): Each establishment must constitute an Internal Committee as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and its rules.
- Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC): Each establishment must constitute a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC).
- The GRC must consist of an equal number of persons representing the employer and the employees.
- The GRC is empowered to handle all types of employee complaints/grievances within a reasonable timeframe.
- Intimation of Disciplinary Actions: Establishments must intimate information about cases of disciplinary action (e.g., suspension, discharge, termination, demotion, dismissal) to the Jurisdictional Deputy Labour Commissioner and the Labour Commissioner, Haryana.
- Prompt Information Submission: Any information regarding the service conditions of employees sought by the Jurisdictional Deputy Labour Commissioner and Labour Commissioner, Haryana, must be promptly and fully submitted by the employer within the reasonable timeframe fixed by the authority.
